Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IS/IT/Accounting or related field.
• Analytical thinking with ability to map requirements to ERP.
• Understanding of business processes in at least one area: Finance, Procurement, HR, or Manufacturing.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work both in a team and independently.

Responsibilities

• Uncover business needs and support requirement gathering for Oracle ERP.
• Design solutions and configuration aligned with Oracle best practices.
• Configure Oracle ERP modules, especially Financials and SCM.
• Document business processes, system configs, and user manuals.
• Support end users with training and post-implementation support.
• Collaborate with Oracle Technical Consultants on reports, interfaces, and extensions.
• Assist in UAT testing and track bug fixes to completion.
• Stay current with Oracle ERP Cloud features and updates.

Oracle ERP Functional Consultant Trainee

Your Role

As an Oracle ERP Functional Consultant Trainee, you will join a structured development program under the guidance of senior consultants. You will sit at the intersection of the business and technical teams, translating user needs into system solutions that are genuinely used and make a real impact. This is the starting point of your career path towards becoming an Oracle Functional Consultant.

What You Will Do

• Uncover business needs. Support requirement gathering and analyze user needs related to Oracle ERP.
• Design solutions. Prepare configuration and system solution designs aligned with Oracle best practices, under the supervision of senior consultants.
• Configure the system. Carry out configuration of Oracle ERP modules, particularly Financials and Supply Chain Management.
• Document the work. Prepare and maintain business process documentation, system configuration records, and user manuals.
• Support end users. Assist in delivering end-user training and provide post-implementation support.
• Collaborate across teams. Coordinate with Oracle Technical Consultants and Developers on customization requirements such as reports, interfaces, and extensions.
• Test and refine. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), log findings, and see bug fixes through to completion.
• Keep growing. Stay current with the latest features and updates in Oracle ERP Cloud.

What We Are Looking For

• A bachelor's degree (S1) in Information Systems, Information Technology, Accounting, or a related field.
• Analytical thinking, with the ability to map business requirements into an ERP system.
• A working understanding of business processes in at least one area: accounting and finance, procurement, human resources, or manufacturing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to present ideas to business users in a clear and structured way.
• The ability to work collaboratively within a team as well as independently.
• The ability to work to tight deadlines and adapt within a dynamic project environment.
• Willingness to travel to client sites when required.

Nice to Have (Not Required)

• Exposure to or experience with ERP module implementation.
• Internship or work experience at an ERP consulting firm, an implementation partner, or a related industry.
