Job summary

PT MEDELA POTENTIA Tbk seeks an Oracle EBS Functional Consultant within the Finance domain to analyze business processes and translate requirements into functional specifications and use cases.

You will configure, support, and optimize Oracle EBS Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax), collaborate with technical teams on RICEFW development, and prepare test scenarios for SIT/UAT and regression testing to ensure seamless solution delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or related fields.
• 3-5 years of experience as an Oracle EBS Functional Consultant within the Finance domain.
• Proven track record in Oracle EBS implementation, enhancement, or support projects.
• Strong functional expertise across Oracle EBS Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax) and familiarity with RICEFW development.
• In-depth understanding of end-to-end financial accounting processes, internal controls, and testing methodologies (SIT/UAT).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze finance business processes and translate user requirements into functional specifications (FS) and use cases.
• Configure, support, and optimize Oracle EBS Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax) according to business needs.
• Collaborate closely with technical teams on the design, enhancement, and testing of RICEFW objects.
• Prepare test scenarios and execute SIT, UAT, and regression testing to ensure seamless solution delivery.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve functional issues while providing user support and documentation.
• Ensure all system configurations comply with accounting standards, internal controls, and governance policies.
