Job summary

Lancesoft Indonesia seeks a Data Warehouse/ETL Developer to design and implement robust data solutions on Oracle DB. You will analyze DWH requirements, develop and test ETL processes, and deploy changes within an Agile team.

Strong Oracle SQL/PLSQL skills, data governance awareness, and experience with Oracle GoldenGate are essential for delivering high-quality data products. The role emphasizes collaboration, documentation, and ongoing refactoring to optimize Data Warehouse and Data Mart

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Data Warehouse Developer or ETL Developer.
Strong Oracle SQL & PL/SQL skills, especially for complex data handling.
Experience with ETL processes.
Knowledge of business processes and DWH requirements.
Knowledge of data governance, data quality, compliance, and consistency.
Experience with Oracle GoldenGate.
Experience working in an Agile environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with PL/SQL Developer, GitLab, and TortoiseSVN or similar versioning tools.
Experience with legacy Data Warehouse development and maintenance is a plus.

Responsibilities

Analyze DWH requirements and prepare development documentation.
Develop test scripts based on business logic.
Develop, test, document, and deploy database changes on Oracle DB.
Troubleshoot issues, resolve immediate impacts, and identify root causes.
Provide DWH refactoring recommendations, including Data Warehouse vs. Data Mart, normalization, and data structure improvements.
Collaborate with the team in an Agile environment.
