Job description

We are seeking fresh graduates who are motivated to build their career as an Oracle Consultant (Functional or Technical). The successful candidate will be involved in Oracle implementation and support projects, working closely with senior consultants to deliver Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) or Oracle-based solutions that meet business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in analyzing business requirements and supporting Oracle application solutions.
• Support implementation, configuration, and customization of Oracle systems.
• Assist in development, testing, and troubleshooting of Oracle applications and reports.
• Prepare functional and technical documentation.
• Support system testing, user training, and post-implementation activities.
• Work collaboratively with functional and technical teams to deliver project objectives.
• Learn Oracle best practices, tools, and consulting methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Accounting, or related field.
• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of working experience (internship or academic project experience is an advantage).
• Basic understanding of ERP systems or Oracle applications is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of SQL / PL/SQL is an advantage.
• Exposure to Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Forms, Reports, OAF, APEX, or Oracle Cloud is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow in both functional and technical areas.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
