Job summary

JAPFA Group is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Indonesia to support day-to-day warehouse tasks including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch. You will assist in inventory control, uphold safety and quality standards, and help coordinate inbound and outbound activities with logistics teams.

Responsibilities also include monitoring daily workflows, maintaining basic productivity records, and supporting supervision of staff while adhering to work instructions.

• Ensure compliance with warehouse SOPs, safety, quality, and housekeeping standards.

• Monitor daily workflow, attendance, and basic productivity measures.
• Prepare basic warehouse records, reports, and documentation.
• Support supervision of warehouse staff and adherence to work instructions.
• Assist in implementing process improvements and effective use of warehouse systems (WMS).
