A global energy leader in Jakarta is searching for a Shift Operator. This role ensures the smooth operation of the plant, monitors performance, and supports continuous improvement. Candidates should have a Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and 1-3 years of related experience. As a Shift Operator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and safe operation of our power plant. This position demands a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and values teamwork. You will be responsible for monitoring plant performance, maintaining operational standards, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. This role is open to applicants within Indonesia and requires daily attendance at our Indonesia plant and willing to travel 20%
Employment Duration: 12 Months Contract

The starting salary for this position would be determined with consideration of the successful candidate's relevant education, individual skill set, level of experience applicable to the role being offered and consideration of internal equity.
