The working venue is in Gunung Putri, Bogor.

Our client is a Multinational Manufacturing company. Currently, they are looking for Operations Planning (SCM) Manager.

Job Responsibilities
  • Support Supply Chain, Engineering, and Production in capacity planning aligned with open orders and demand forecasts.
  • Lead the planning team in developing annual forecasts for the suppliers based on budget targets and inventory strategies.
  • Develop a reliable planning framework to commit delivery dates by integrating production capacity, material and manpower availability.
  • Ensure timely material availability through proactive inventory control and supplier collaboration.
  • Monitor, prioritize and adjust engineering/production plans, and support the cross-functional team in resolving disruptions to meet delivery schedules.
  • Manage and coordinate export shipments to customers and import activities from suppliers ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and delivery schedules.
  • Track and improve KPI’s such as On Time Delivery, Lead time and Inventory levels, initiating systemic improvements aligned with lean principles.
  • Set clear goals for team members based on plant targets, regularly review their performance to support, guide and motivate achievement.
  • Ensure compliance with internal governance standards and external customer requirements.
  • Manage operational risks by identifying potential disruptions, assessing impact, and formulating mitigation strategies in collaboration with internal teams and external suppliers.
  • Other tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements
  • Min. Bachelor's Degree.
  • Min. Business Level English (able to communicate with foreigners about technical matters).
  • Min. 15 years of experience in Manufacturing industry handling and managing operations planning including purchasing, supply chain and production inventory control and 8 years in Managerial level.
  • Proficient in lean principles, inventory optimization, and order fulfillment.
  • Stable career (stays in one company for at least 5 years).
  • Organized, Strong communication and negotiation skills.
