A leading hospitality company in Bali is looking for a ‘Cabin Manager’ to ensure impeccable guest service and manage housekeeping operations. You will supervise the team, maintain cleanliness, and serve guests from arrival to departure. Ideal candidates should hold an undergraduate degree in tourism or hospitality and have at least one year of supervisory experience in the industry.
As a ‘Cabin Manager’, you will ensure the smoothness of front line/host and housekeeping/cleaner, and food & beverage operation. Supervise and assist the team in welcoming the guests and serve the guests from their arrival, during stay, till their departure. You are also responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and tidiness of all branch areas (facade, lobby, cabin, parking, offices, public facilities). With guidance from your superior, you will make decisions to ensure the smoothness of branch operations and provide a polite, professional, efficient, and flexible service at all times to support the positive image of the company.
