Overview

As the Operations F&B Manager at PT Utopia Kuliner Indonesia, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the seamless operations of the company's food and beverage division. Based in Jakarta, this full‑time position involves managing a team of skilled professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences across Utopia's diverse portfolio of dining establishments.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the F&B department, ensuring high standards of service and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize productivity, control costs, and drive revenue growth.
  • Oversee inventory management, procurement, and budgeting for the F&B division.
  • Lead and motivate a team of chefs, servers, and other F&B personnel, providing guidance and support for their professional development.
  • Analyse market trends, customer feedback, and financial data to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and regulatory standards within the F&B operations.
  • Ensure all operational SOPs are implemented consistently across all outlets, including SOP development and KPI monitoring.
  • Support new store openings.
  • Maintain operational excellence across all outlets.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar operations management role within the hospitality or food service industry.
