Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking an Operations Excellence Associate (Livestock) to independently audit farm processes and SOP compliance, both on-site and via a digital platform. Travel 2–3 days weekly to farms around Jakarta.

You will report findings to the Head of Operations, drive corrective actions, and help improve SOPs and audit frameworks while maintaining high integrity and attention to detail in a fast-growing agri-tech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 0–2 years in operations, QA, audit, or process improvement; fresh graduates with project experience welcome.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and proficient in English.
• Willing to travel 2–3 days per week to Jakarta-area farms.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site audits of farm processes (animal care, feeding, hygiene, biosecurity, equipment maintenance).
• Review data in the farm management platform for accuracy, completeness, and SOP compliance.
• Document deviations with clear evidence and report findings.
• Prepare audit reports with findings, root causes, risk ratings, and recommended corrective actions.
• Track corrective and preventive actions to closure with farm teams.
• Help develop, review, and improve SOPs, checklists, and audit frameworks.
• Monitor key operational indicators and flag trends or recurring issues early.
• Support training of farm staff on standards and audit findings.
• Manage audit schedules and improvement projects independently from planning to completion.

Operations Excellence Associate (Livestock)

As Operations Excellence Associate, you will be the independent check-and-balance function for farm livestock (large ruminants) operations. You will audit processes, systems, and work standards, both in person at farms and through a digital farm management platform, to ensure operations run as intended. You will identify gaps, report findings directly to the Head of Operations, and drive corrective actions through to completion. This is a remote role with frequent travel, typically 2–3 days per week of on-site farm visits, including outdoor inspections.

Key responsibilities

Conduct scheduled and unannounced on-site audits of farm processes, including animal care, feeding, hygiene, biosecurity, and equipment maintenance

Perform system audits by reviewing data and records in the farm management platform for accuracy, completeness, and SOP compliance

Compare actual practice against SOPs and work standards, and document deviations with clear evidence

Prepare audit reports with findings, root causes, risk ratings, and recommended corrective actions

Track corrective and preventive actions to closure with farm teams

Help develop, review, and improve SOPs, checklists, and audit frameworks

Monitor key operational indicators and flag trends or recurring issues early

Support training of farm staff on standards and audit findings

Manage audit schedules and improvement projects independently, from planning to completion

About you

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Agriculture, Animal Science, Food Technology, or a related field

0–2 years of experience in operations, quality assurance, audit, or process improvement; fresh graduates with strong internship or project experience are welcome to apply

Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and proficient in English (written and spoken)

Able to commit to 2–3 days per week of on-site farm visits within 1–2 hours of Jakarta

Comfortable working outdoors in farm environments and following biosecurity protocols

Own vehicle and valid driving licence (SIM A or C) strongly preferred; travel costs will be reimbursed

Able to work remotely and independently, with a reliable internet connection and a suitable home workspace

Highly detail-oriented, with a structured, process-driven way of working

High integrity and the confidence to report findings objectively, including uncomfortable ones

Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision
