DP World in Jakarta seeks an exceptionally dynamic Operations Director for Contract Logistics to expand our Southeast Asia footprint anchored in Indonesia.

Based in Jakarta and reporting to the Senior Director Contract Logistics for Southeast Asia, you will shape a high-performing organization that delivers premium services, drives new implementations, and partners with commercial teams to capture opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in Contract Logistics Management or Supply Chain with leadership of large teams.
• Deep understanding of contract logistics, warehousing and distribution, and transportation management.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia for cross-border and regional communications.

Responsibilities

• Build and sustain strategic partnerships with internal teams and customers.
• Promote digital solutions to enhance operational efficiencies and value delivery.
• Oversee contract administration and lead new operational deployments.
• Identify service improvement opportunities and drive growth initiatives.
• Partner with HR to drive recruitment for key roles and monitor performance targets.
• Foster a culture of performance management and career development.
• Address underperformance following DP World processes to maintain service levels.
• Manage the P&L for the Indonesian Contract Logistics division and monitor financial progress.
