Agmakina Group is looking for a fast, tech-savvy operator who can learn new tools quickly, solve problems independently, and keep our hospitality platforms running smoothly across multiple villa clusters in Bali.
This is a business operations role with analytical responsibilities — working across data, workflows, and platform performance, while continuously improving processes and building small automations to reduce manual work.
You do NOT need previous experience with hospitality tools like Cloudbeds, PriceLabs, or Duve.
What matters is that you are eager to learn, fast at adapting, and comfortable working with digital platforms.
We will teach you everything.
You will be fully trained in all these tools.
Hospitality experience is NOT required.
(You do NOT need to know these now — we train you.)
You will become the operational engine behind our hospitality stack — running platforms, improving workflows, fixing issues, analyzing performance, and learning modern hospitality systems used worldwide.
This is NOT old-school hotel work — it’s a modern, tech-driven operations role for people who want to grow fast.
