This is a business operations role with analytical responsibilities — working across data, workflows, and platform performance, while continuously improving processes and building small automations to reduce manual work.

You do NOT need previous experience with hospitality tools like Cloudbeds, PriceLabs, or Duve.

What matters is that you are eager to learn, fast at adapting, and comfortable working with digital platforms.

We will teach you everything.

Business Operations & Analysis

  • Analyze occupancy, performance, and workflow bottlenecks
  • Improve processes to make operations faster and smoother
  • Build simple automations to reduce repetitive work
  • Document SOPs and update them as systems evolve
OTA & Platform Operations
  • Manage Airbnb + Booking.com listings (content, pricing, calendars)
  • Keep listings clean, accurate, and competitive
  • Support pricing updates through Cloudbeds + PriceLabs
  • Identify and fix sync issues, blocked dates, wrong prices, etc.

You will be fully trained in all these tools.

Hospitality experience is NOT required.

Technical & Workflow Operations
  • Learn Cloudbeds, PriceLabs, Duve, and all internal systems
  • Troubleshoot operational and platform-related issues
  • Maintain simple dashboards and internal tools
  • Support automation workflows
Guest Messaging (Light)
  • Reply to messages on Airbnb, Booking.com, and WhatsApp
  • Handle straightforward inquiries
  • Coordinate with Property Managers when on-site support is needed
Data & Reporting
  • Maintain occupancy trackers and spreadsheets
  • Support weekly reporting
  • Spot issues early using data patterns
Who You Are
  • Tech savvy — comfortable with digital tools and dashboards
  • Very fast learner — willing and eager to learn new platforms
  • Detail-oriented — you catch mistakes others miss
  • Strong English — written + conversational
  • Good with Excel / Google Sheets
  • Independent and reliable
  • Comfortable working remotely
Bonus (Not Required)
  • Experience in e-commerce operations
  • Familiarity with automations
  • Light data analysis experience

Salary & Benefits
  • 7,000,000 – 10,000,000 IDR per month (depending on experience)

  • Work across a fast-scaling portfolio of 100+ villas and hotels in Bali
  • Performance-based raises
