We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Operational Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mall management, retail, or hospitality, with proven leadership skills in overseeing daily operations, optimizing efficiency, and ensuring excellent service standards. This role requires strategic thinking, problem‑solving abilities, and a hands‑on approach to operational management.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing daily operations and ensure efficiency in workflows by monitoring and optimizing business processes.
• Support the Operations Manager in implementing strategies to improve productivity, streamline operations, and cost optimization.
• Monitor and analyze operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing action plans to address inefficiencies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Manage inventory levels, procurement processes, and supply chain activities to ensure efficient resource allocation and prevent shortages or excess stock.
• Handle administrative tasks, including preparing reports, maintaining records, and overseeing documentation to ensure operational transparency.
• Identify and resolve operational issues promptly, implementing solutions to maintain business continuity and enhance overall efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in operations management, preferably in mall management, retail, or hospitality industries.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
