A leading organization in the pulp and paper sector is seeking an Operations Supervisor to manage staff and oversee daily operations. The successful candidate will coordinate activities, ensure effective communication, and represent the association in high-level meetings. Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related technical field.
Aminimum of 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in industrial operations, associations, or government relations.
Solid understanding of the pulp and paper industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Quick learner, proactive, and responsive.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, creativity, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment..
Excellent verbal and written English proficiency (minimum TOEFL score of 500 or equivalent).
Job Descriptions:
Coordinate and supervise all secretariat staff and daily operations.
Responsible for ensuring effective implementation of the association’s work programs
Support and oversee the implementation of activities
Analyze complex industry-related issues and provide well-informed recommendations.
Represent the association in high-level meetings with government and related institutions.
Ensure smooth internal communication and coordination between staff.
