  • Diploma in Business Management, Hospitality, Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.
  • At least 4 years of experience as Operational Manager in the F&B industry.

  • Excellent understanding of all restaurant sections, including kitchen, bar, and service.
  • Customer‑oriented with hands‑on restaurant operations exposure; ability to understand financial reports.
  • Good interpersonal skills with strong and innovative leadership, sales, and marketing.
  • Understanding of quality and restaurant operations.
  • Knowledge of inventory systems and maintaining the restaurant.

Job Description
  • Manage training of new staff in accordance with our service standards.
  • Lead, supervise, direct, and evaluate performance of team members.
  • Ensure the restaurant is well coordinated and meets monthly targets.
  • Create and implement marketing strategies within Toby’s Estate vision, values, and guidelines to achieve sales growth and profitability targets.
  • Monitor marketing and promotional activities at the store.
  • Study and track sales, controlling cost of goods, labour costs, and other restaurant expenses.
  • Execute all operations and services according to organizational SOPs and standards.
  • Open and close the restaurant and run all aspects of daily operations in the service division.
  • Strive for excellence in quality standards and innovate for significant growth of business and brand.
