What you will be doing:
  • Lead and manage villa operations, ensuring consistent service excellence
  • Supervise, train, and support villa staff across housekeeping, service, and maintenance
  • Oversee guest relations, ensuring a seamless and memorable guest experience
  • Manage budgets, suppliers, and inventory control
  • Ensure property upkeep and preventive maintenance schedules are met
  • Provide operational & financial reports and updates to ownership
What we expect from you:
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in luxury villas, resorts, or boutique hospitality operations
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus)
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-focused
  • Solid understanding of guest service standards in luxury hospitality
