We are seeking for an Operation Supervisor (Co‑Living) who can plan and execute events, foster community engagement, manage vendors, and enhance BLive Canggu (our Co‑Living Space) brand.
Key Responsibilities
A. Multi‑Site Coworking Operations Management
- Lead daily operational execution and oversee coworking operations at BLive.
- Supervise on‑ground team members (coworking, café, kitchen) and manage cross‑site schedules.
- Monitor coworking space usage, service quality, and customer satisfaction across locations.
- Maintain consistent branding and service quality.
- Maintain a good coordination between vendors and partners.
- Create and execute operations strategies to achieve business goals including profitability, retention, and member engagement.
- Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on all operational KPIs, including coworking performance, costs, and inventory.
- Lead budget planning and monitor expenses, COGS, and staffing across sites.
- Conduct training and evaluation programs to develop high‑performing staff across locations.
- Involved in interviews, manpower planning, and hiring decisions.
- Foster a strong internal culture of accountability, hospitality, and proactive service.
D. Member Experience & Event Support
- Oversee member feedback and resolution of elevated complaints/issues.
- Support and ideate for community engagement initiatives, events, and icebreaker activities—especially those hosted at BLive.
- Serve as a key contact for strategic partnerships and local collaboration opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Facilities Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year in operations management, with hands‑on responsibility over coworking spaces, cafes, restaurants, or hospitality venues.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (spoken and written).
- Willing to work on‑site in Bali (Canggu).
- Experience managing day‑to‑day coworking operations, including front desk, member services, and space usage tracking.
- Direct oversight of café or restaurant teams, inventory management, hygiene standards, daily sales tracking, and COGS control.
- Hiring, scheduling, leading cross‑functional teams, conducting training, and maintaining team discipline.
- Experience building or rolling out Standard Operating Procedures, especially for new venues or locations.
- Handling member/guest issues, onboarding users, and improving service workflows for higher satisfaction and retention.
- Budget planning, cost control, reporting of daily sales, forecasting, and optimizing labor and supply expenses.
