KENHOSE is a potato seed producer utilizing advanced Aeroponic Technology, collaborating with both local and international breeders to develop high-quality potato varieties with high productivity and strong disease resistance.

Job Purpose

To manage and oversee all company activities, both internal production and partnerships, ensuring products are delivered successfully to the market while generating added value for farmers and supporting sustainable business growth.

Key Accountabilities

• Develop and execute the company’s business plans in line with strategic objectives.
• Manage overall company operations, covering production, supply chain, and marketing activities.
• Monitor, analyze, and evaluate the company’s financial performance and operational efficiency.
• Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, including partners and external parties.
• Evaluate workforce requirements, performance, and productivity.
• Assess competency gaps and design employee development and capability-building plans.
• Ensure the company’s vision and mission are consistently aligned with shareholders’ objectives.

Main Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and control daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensure operational targets and KPIs are achieved according to company standards.
• Implement and maintain SOPs, quality standards, and compliance across operations.
• Lead, coach, and develop operational teams to achieve optimal performance.
• Prepare regular operational and performance reports for management.
• Identify operational risks and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support business sustainability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Management, or a related field.
