Responsibilities

• Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports focused on NOC activities: SLA compliance, NOV (Notice of Violation), and Network Performance Reports.
• Analyze network performance data and operational trends to detect anomalies and support proactive issue resolution.
• Ensure dashboards and reports reflect accurate, up-to-date network status and operational metrics.
• Design and develop interactive dashboards using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Data Studio.
• Collaborate with NOC engineers and operational teams to improve network reliability and performance.
• Support incident trend analysis and provide data insights to optimize network operation workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years experience in data analysis with at least 2 years in a managerial/lead role, preferably within NOC or network operations environment.
• Strong knowledge of network performance metrics (latency, throughput, availability), SLA management, and operational KPIs.
• Experienced in managing and reporting SLA compliance and NOV in a network operation context.
• Skilled in analyzing large-scale network data and detecting anomalies.
• Experience collaborating with NOC teams or working in a network operations center is highly preferred.
