Business Operation Analyst – Amartha

About the Role:

You will be working closely with the Supply Team and the Operations Team to gain exposure to the PPOB and Remittance industry and Indonesia's agent network. Responsibilities include setting up deposit arrangements with vendors, resolving issues raised by mitra/agents, ensuring smooth transaction execution, and supporting operational improvements.

• Monitor daily product issues related to Amartha Wallet (Poket) and ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports on operational issues and identify trends.
• Handle and follow up on transactional issues such as registration, premium upgrade, top‑up, and account management.
• Execute general cash‑in and cash‑out processes for failed or delayed top‑up transactions.
• Collaborate with Finance, Product, and Vendor teams to resolve issues and ensure continuity.
• Support business growth through operational improvements, product enhancement suggestions, and SOP refinement.
• Incident mitigation for closed/open product issues, refunds, and partner confirmations.
• Create forecasts and request deposits from all vendors.
• Apply analytical, strategic, communication, negotiation, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related fields.
