Overview

We are currently seeking a qualified candidate to join our team for the position of Online Sales Admin. The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and capable of supporting online sales activities while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via WhatsApp, marketplace platforms, and social media as Customer Service
• Manage sales orders and related administrative tasks
• Upload and maintain product listings on online platforms
• Take clear and attractive product photos for sales and promotional purposes
• Respond to customer questions promptly and professionally
• Follow up with potential customers to support sales conversion
• Assist in creating simple promotional content for products

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an online admin, online customer service, or online sales is preferred
• Familiar with marketplace platforms and social media selling
• Good communication skills, responsive, and customer-oriented
• Able to take neat and appealing product photos (smartphone photography is acceptable if results are good)
• Detail-oriented in handling data and administrative work
• Able to work with sales targets
• Capable of working both independently and as part of a team

Preferred Skills (Advantage)
