Bukalapak Gaming Division is looking for a strategic and data-driven Online Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts and grow our gaming business.

About the Job

In this role, you will be responsible for crafting and executing comprehensive online marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. You’ll oversee both paid and organic campaigns, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, and ensure our brand stands out in a highly competitive market. Your work will directly contribute to the visibility, reach, and success of our gaming products, while keeping us aligned with the latest digital trends and player behaviors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention in the gaming business.
  • Manage and optimize paid and organic marketing campaigns across multiple digital platforms (Google Ads, social media, influencer collaborations, etc.).
  • Analyze campaign performance, player behavior, and market trends to refine strategies and maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (content, creative, product, and business development) to align marketing efforts with company goals.
  • Oversee SEO, ASO, and content marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and discoverability.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years work experience in online marketing and gaming content distribution, preferably in the gaming industry or virtual product.
  • Expertise in PPC, SEM, social media ads, and data-driven campaign optimization.
  • Strong understanding of organic growth strategies for websites and mobile apps.
  • Experience with email marketing, retargeting, and lifecycle marketing tools.
