Qualifications

• Gender and age criteria: Male applicants up to 26 years old.
• Educational background: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's (S1) in Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering.
• GPA minimum 3.00/4.00 and physical/mental fitness to work in industrial environments.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Complete a 1-year intensive training and development curriculum.
