Offshore Mortgage Associate (Australia Market)

Liaise with Australian mortgage brokers to support loan application processes.

Conduct initial client fact-finding and data entry into CRM and aggregator platforms (e.g. ApplyOnline, Mercury, Podium).

Prepare loan comparisons and product recommendations based on client profiles.

Order supporting documents such as credit reports, bank statements, and payslips.

Review and verify client documentation for accuracy and completeness.

Submit loan applications to lenders and follow up on progress.

Communicate with lenders for updates, conditions, and approvals.

Assist with compliance checks and ensure documentation meets NCCP requirements.

Maintain accurate records and update brokers on application status.

Provide post-settlement support and client follow-up.

2. Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 2 years of experience working with Australian mortgage brokers.

Strong understanding of Australian lending policies and procedures.

Familiarity with major lenders (e.g. CBA, ANZ, NAB, Westpac, Macquarie, etc.).

Experience using aggregator platforms (e.g. Connective, AFG, PLAN, FAST).

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple applications.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

3. Preferred Qualifications

Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (or equivalent offshore training).

Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce, BrokerEngine, or Salestrekker.

Knowledge of Australian privacy and data protection laws.
