Job summary

A leading telecommunications company in Jakarta Utara is looking for a liaison officer to connect Human Resources with Information Technology. The ideal candidate will develop, manage, and support HR information systems with a strong background in ERP systems, particularly SAP SuccessFactors. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and a minimum of 3 years of experience are required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years experience in organization analysis within the Telecom sector.
  • Experience in handling ERP System and HR Information Systems.
  • Certified in SAP SuccessFactor modules for Talent Management, Performance Management, and Time Tracking is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Liaises with HR and IT to provide systems support and analysis.
  • Monitors system development projects and ensures timely completion.
  • Assists users with technical issues related to HRIS systems.

Job description
Role Purpose

Serves as a liaison between the Human Resources (HR) and Information Technology (IT) Departments to provide systems support and analysis and to leverage technology solutions to meet the needs of the HR Department and users of HR information systems. Support day to day operation for HR application

Area of Responsibilities
1. HR system Development
  • Works with HR staff in assessing needs for various business functions within the department.Assists HR team in identifying and analyzing options and recommends business process enhancements
  • Act as liaison officer between users (HR Departments) with IT Planning function in order to accommodate identified requirement
  • Monitoring system development project which conducted by IT Planning as a follow-up for the submitted requirement.
  • Identifies, tracks, monitors and communicates on project-related issues, scope changes, variances and contingencies that occur during the course of projects.
  • Monitors project work to ensure that progress is maintained within expected guidelines and is completed on a timely basis
2. HR System Management
  • Assists User with technical issues related to the use of HRIS systems. Assists staff in the creation of more difficult queries to select and compile information from the HRIS system as needed
  • Act as liaison officer between users (HR Departments) with IT Operation for level 2 problem solution regarding trouble in HR system
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree, mainly in Computer Science & Information Systems
  • Minimum 3 years experience on organization analysis in Telecom sector
  • Strong analytical/problem solving skills
  • Excellent understanding of HR Business Process Design
  • Experience in handling ERP System, HR Information System, SAP SuccessFactor, SAP ECC 6.0
  • Certified SAP SuccessFactor module for Talent Management, Succession Development, Performance Management, Core & Time tracking will be an advantage.
  • Familiar with business requirements design & presentation
  • Has experience in Implementation or Support for SAP SuccessFactor Core HR, Time Tracking & Talent Solutions
  • A self-driven person and strong communication skill
