We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of Officer Clearing and Collection.

Responsibilities:
  • Support Line Manager in supervising and controlling the operations of Clearing and Collection, including:
    • Inward and outward Cheques
    • Inward and outward Rejection Cheques
    • Post Dated Cheques (PDC)
    • Reconciliation and balancing activities
    • Daftar Hitam Nasional (DHN/ Blacklist)
  • Perform end to end processing of Cheque/ BilyetGiro, SKN transactions in accordance with internal procedures, regulatory requirement, and meet SLA.
  • Ensure high‑quality service delivery, completing all transactions within the required timeline, adhering to established operational guidelines, and achieving the productivity rate / target.
  • Maintain and support team morale; ensuring staff perform their duties effectively to achieve customer satisfaction and smooth daily operation.
  • Take proactive initiatives to identify, escalated, and resolve operational issues related to clearing, Cheques/BG and SKN to prevent service disruption.
  • Responsible for controlling and ensuring the operational payment system such as SKN, BI‑RTGS are processed accurately and timely, by conducting periodic monitoring throughout the day – covering cut‑off times.
  • Maintain and be active on BCP payment system and follow Bank Indonesia regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare operational reports for management review, including daily, weekly, and monthly performance, regulatory report, etc.
  • Manage and resolve inquiries and issues raised by business units or branches in a timely, efficient, and professional manner.
  • Contribute to operational service efficiency by reviewing existing work processes to identify improvement possibilities that ultimately enhance service to customers and/or reduce operational cost.
  • Ensure all infrastructure, application, and equipment are ready for operation including the maintenance.
  • Ensure strict compliance with internal policies, audit requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Safeguard the confidentiality and security of operational data, both physical and electronic, in accordance with the bank’s information security standards.
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in banking administration, data entry back‑office, or other operational functions.
  • Ability to maintain high team productivity, monitor workload and oversee overtime with specified deadlines and SLAs.
  • Strong knowledge of payment products, including Clearing, Cheque and BilyetGiro processing.
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, and time‑management skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and managerial abilities to lead a diverse team and ensure proper escalation of issues.
  • Capable of handling tasks with high accuracy, effective risk control, and timely coordination with stakeholders.
  • Proficient in working with numbers and documentation related to operational processes.
  • Have excellent knowledge with Microsoft Word and Excel.
