Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Odoo Developer to join our team on a full remote basis. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience developing and customizing Odoo modules, integrating third‑party applications, and optimizing system performance to meet business requirements. This role is critical in supporting our ongoing digital transformation projects.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules and features based on business needs
• Integrate Odoo with third‑party systems and APIs
• Perform debugging and troubleshooting of existing modules
• Collaborate with functional teams to translate business processes into technical solutions
• Optimize performance and scalability of Odoo applications
• Create and maintain technical documentation
• Provide technical support and training to users when necessary

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in Odoo development
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of Python and Odoo framework (ORM, QWeb, etc.)
• Experience with Odoo versions 12 and above
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL, XML, and JavaScript
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
• Good understanding of business workflows in ERP systems
• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken)
