Job Summary:

We are looking for an Odoo Consultant who will work closely with clients to understand their business processes and deliver effective Odoo-based solutions. The role involves system configuration, customization, and ensuring smooth implementation across different departments.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze client requirements and translate them into Odoo workflows.
• Configure Odoo modules such as Sales, Inventory, Purchasing, Finance, and HR.
• Develop and customize Odoo features using Python, XML, and the Odoo framework.
• Create custom views, reports, and automated workflows based on project needs.
• Integrate Odoo with external systems using API/REST.
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Prepare functional documentation, SOPs, and user guides.
• Conduct user training and provide post-implementation support.
• Participate in project scoping, planning, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth and successful delivery.
• Maintain version control and follow development best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience working with Odoo.
• Strong understanding of core Odoo modules.
• Hands‑on experience in Python, XML, and PostgreSQL.
• Ability to map business processes and translate them into system requirements.
• Good communication skills and ability to interact with clients.
• Experience in Odoo customization, debugging, and API integration.
