Responsibilities

  • Checking import data such as INV, PL, Term Ship Mode, and Draft PIB.
  • Sending pre-alert documents and draft PIB to customers.
  • Preparing Job Performance Sheets (JPS) as the basis for billing.
  • Confirming operational costs with relevant parties.
  • Providing solutions for problems with the import process.
  • Creating TI and sending it to IPL for shipment of goods.
  • Creating Shipment Performance Reports.
  • Monitoring shipments and providing updates to customers.

Bachelors Degree in Sea Transportation Management.

Min. 1-2 years experience in Freight Forwarding company, especially handling Ocean Custom Brokerage documents.

Have knowledge in handling Ocean Custom Brokerage processes.

Fluent in English is a must.

Proficient in Ms. Excel and Good Communication skill.

Able to work as a strong team member, ambitious, hardworking and good analytical thinking.

Willing to be placed in Sunter, North Jakarta.

Job Description :

Checking import data such as INV, PL, Term Ship Mode, and Draft PIB.

Sending pre-alert documents and draft PIB to customers.

Preparing Job Performance Sheets (JPS) as the basis for billing.

Confirming operational costs with the recipient/owner of the goods or agent and sending DN to all relevant parties.

Providing suggestions or solutions if there are problems with the import process.

Creating TI and sending it to IPL for shipment of goods.

Creating Shipment Performance Reports.

Monitoring shipments and providing updates to customers.
