Qualifications

• Experience in Early Years education preferred.
• Ability to plan developmentally appropriate activities.
• Strong communication with parents and caregivers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate learning experiences for children in the Early Years Programme.
• Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that promotes exploration, creativity, and independent learning.
• Support children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
• Implement play-based and inquiry-based learning approaches.
• Observe, assess, and document student progress and developmental milestones.
• Differentiate instruction to meet the individual learning needs of students.
• Establish positive and effective communication with parents and caregivers.
• Maintain a safe, stimulating, and well-organized classroom environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum plans and learning experiences.
• Participate in school events, parent meetings, professional development activities, and school improvement initiatives.
