Job summary

Siloam Hospitals Group mencari perawat yang berlisensi untuk memberikan perawatan pasien inap secara menyeluruh di fasilitas kami. Posisi ini menuntut kemampuan melakukan penilaian awal, menyusun rencana perawatan, serta dokumentasi akurat sepanjang perawatan.

Kandidat harus memiliki S1 Ners dan minimal 6 bulan pengalaman klinis di area inap, mampu berkolaborasi dengan tim medis, serta memberi edukasi kepada pasien dan keluarga untuk mendukung proses penyembuhan.

Qualifications

• Gelar S1 Ners
• Minimal 6 bulan pengalaman klinis di area perawatan inap
• Mampu melakukan penilaian pasien dan rencana perawatan secara independen maupun bersama tim

Responsibilities

• Memberikan perawatan komprehensif pasien inap sesuai standar rumah sakit
• Menerima pasien dan mengelola proses penerimaan sesuai standar layanan
• Melakukan penilaian awal pasien, mengidentifikasi kebutuhan, dan menyusun rencana perawatan
• Melakukan reassessment berkala dan menyesuaikan rencana perawatan
• Dokumentasikan seluruh tindakan sebelum, selama, dan setelah perawatan
• Mengumpulkan data untuk laporan operasional unit/atasan
• Menyampaikan edukasi kesehatan kepada pasien dan keluarga/pendamping
• Menjaga kelengkapan peralatan dan obat yang dibutuhkan serta mendampingi dokter saat pemeriksaan
• Menilai efektivitas tindakan dan melaporkan perkembangan pasien ke dokter
• Berpartisipasi dalam pelaporan dan penegakan kualitas serta keselamatan layanan

Uraian Pekerjaan

• Providing thorough and comprehensive nursing care in inpatient services in assigned sections/rooms in accordance with hospital service standards and procedures as well as applicable laws and regulations
• Receive patients in accordance with service standards set by the Hospital
• Conduct initial assessments of patients to determine nursing diagnoses, prioritize patient needs and as a basis for creating nursing care plans, both independently and collaboratively
• Conduct periodic reassessments based on the patient's condition or if significant changes occur in the patient's condition, treatment plan, and individual needs to determine the patient's response and plan for further care and/or discharge
• Analyze integrated information from patient assessment data to plan nursing care and carry out nursing actions (both independently and collaboratively) to anticipate and prevent worsening of the patient's condition
• Ensure the availability and completeness of the equipment and medicines needed by and accompany the doctor during the examination to ensure the smoothness of the examination process
• Carry out comprehensive educational activities for patients and patient families/companions to ensure the continuity of the patient's healing and recovery process
• Observe and evaluate the effectiveness of actions and report developments in the patient's condition to the doctor
• Carry out complete documentation before, during and after treatment to be used as a reference for disease history, further treatment reference and patient visit statistics
• Collect required data and/or create reports related to operational activities to be used as analysis material by superiors or by other related parties
• Implement procedures and practices for quality and safety services, including attending training, collecting data, documenting and/or making reports needed to support the achievement of hospital wide indicators and related department/unit targets
