Responsibilities
- Develop and implement procurement strategies for non-trade goods and services (e.g., office supplies, IT equipment, marketing services, facilities management, professional services)
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements in non-trade procurement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement strategies with company objectives
- Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, cost, service, and reliability
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with suppliers to ensure the best possible value for the company
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to foster long-term partnerships
- Monitor supplier performance and manage supplier risks to ensure compliance with agreements and company standards
- Oversee the end-to-end procurement process for non-trade items, including requisition approval, purchase order creation, and goods/services receipt
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards
- Manage and maintain accurate procurement records, contracts, and supplier documentation
- Continuously review and improve procurement processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Implement best practices and innovative procurement solutions to streamline operations and reduce costs
