Job summary

HashMicro, a leading AI-native business software company, is seeking a Node.js Developer to join our Digital Marketing Team in Indonesia. You will build and optimize marketing websites and landing pages, ensuring fast load times and a smooth user experience.

Collaborate with designers and content teams, work with Express.js or NestJS, integrate APIs, and contribute to campaigns with a focus on performance, reliability, and SEO.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of web development experience, preferably supporting marketing websites.
• Strong proficiency in Node.js and frameworks Express.js or NestJS.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
• Familiarity with MySQL/PostgreSQL/MongoDB.
• Git or equivalent version control experience.
• Understanding of performance, responsiveness, and basic SEO.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive, high-performing marketing websites and landing pages.
• Build backend services with Node.js and frameworks such as Express.js or NestJS.
• Collaborate with Marketing, UI/UX, and Content teams to translate designs into web experiences.
• Integrate APIs and third-party services for forms, analytics, and lead generation.
• Optimize performance, page speed, and technical SEO.
• Write clean, maintainable code and participate in reviews and deployments.
• Stay updated with web development trends relevant to digital marketing.
