Job summary

Northern Idaho Regional Medical Center in Idaho is seeking a Neurosurgeon to join an established team. The role includes 36 patient contact hours per week, 4 hours of admin time, clinic 2–3 days, and 2 OR days per week, with call of 10 days per month.

Candidates must be BE/BC in Neurosurgery, with an ACGME-accredited residency (may be in progress for early commitment) and must obtain Idaho medical licensure and DEA with full prescriptive authority.

• Call coverage: 10 days per month; average 10–12 patients per day in clinic.

As a 145-bed general acute care hospital, they are the largest full-service regional medical center between Boise, Idaho, and Spokane, Washington. About the position:

• Clinic Hours: Monday - Friday

• Average patients/day in clinic 10-12
• Department staff -# of providers and support:1 MD, 1 RN, 1 MA , Reception
• Clinic days per week: 2-3
• OR days per week: 2

Qualifications:

• BE/BC in Neurosurgery

• Ability to obtain a medical professional license in the State of ID and DEA with full prescriptive authority
• Must be willing and able to perform general neurosurgery
