About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Technical Support (Indonesian Speaker) to join our growing team in our office based in Yogyakarta.

This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early‑career professionals who are tech‑savvy, curious, and eager to grow in a customer support career.

You’ll play a key role in helping new clinics get started with Kreloses — setting up accounts, conducting online training sessions, and providing friendly, proactive support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform account setup for new customers and ensure all required configurations are correct.
  • Conduct live Zoom training sessions to guide users on system functions, workflows, and best practices.
  • Respond to support tickets and WhatsApp inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Provide one‑on‑one troubleshooting via Zoom for technical issues.
  • Help customers submit feature requests and explain the process clearly.
  • Monitor usage of newly onboarded clinics through internal dashboards and follow up as needed.
  • Assist in creating or updating Knowledge Center articles and training resources.
  • Report and help reproduce technical issues for the product team.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Customer, Product, Sales) to ensure a smooth customer journey.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in Indonesian and English (spoken and written).
  • Confident communicator with the ability to explain concepts clearly and patiently.
  • Comfortable using Zoom, Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), and email tools.
  • Eager to learn how software works and help others use it effectively.
  • Any internship, project, or experience in customer service or technical support is a plus.
