Job summary

A cybersecurity solutions provider in Jakarta is seeking a professional to validate and deploy security solutions. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 2 years of experience in network security. Qualifications

• Familiar with NGFW brands such as FortiGate & Palo Alto.
• Able to work on-call or extended hours during critical incident periods.

• Assist in security solution design during pre-sales or delivery phases.

• Create and maintain technical documentation including LLD and UAT.

Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Validate Design
• Validate the Design that Solution Architect / Pre-sales created & proposed
• Assist in security solution design during pre-sales or delivery phases
• Implementation / Deployment
• Deploy and configure for any Cybersecurity Solutions, either Network/Perimeter or Endpoint/System area
• Perimeter: NGFW, WAF, SSE, Mail Security, AntiDDOS, ZTNA
• Endpoint: Antivirus, EDR, MFA
• Handover and Make sure the Readiness for Operational Phase
• Make sure the delivered solutions meet the Baseline / Minimum Security standard
• Create the Implementation Documentation & User Acceptance Test (UAT) for each delivered solution
• Process the Handover to Operational teams, and make sure all requirement is fulfilled
• Create Documentation
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including LLD (Low Level Designs), Implementation Documentation & User Acceptance Test (UAT) for each delivered solution, for External and Internal purpose (Handover Process)

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Network Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in network security or a similar role.
• Familiar with NGFW brand such as FortiGate & Palo Alto.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and Documentation skills.
• Able to work on-call or extended hours during critical incident periods.
