Job Description
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in the banking industry, with 2 years in a managerial or operational supervisory position.
  • Understanding of banking operational processes and systems (clearing transactions, ATMs, cash management, etc.).
  • Able to manage a team, ensuring operations run in accordance with internal policies & regulations.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and has strong risk analysis capabilities.
  • Experience in handling internal and external audits in the banking operational sector.
  • Certification in banking or risk management (e.g., Certified Risk Management, Banking Operations Certification).
  • Experience in implementing digital banking or process automation.
Job Requirements
  • Overseeing and ensuring the smoothness of daily operational activities.
  • Ensuring compliance with internal policies as well as OJK and BI regulations.
