Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network devices including Cisco (routers, switches, firewalls), Ubiquiti UniFi (access points, switches, controller), Fortinet (FortiGate, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer), Cisco Meraki (MX, MR, MS via Meraki Dashboard). Analyze and resolve issues related to network connectivity, performance, and security. Implement configuration changes on network infrastructure (routing, switching, VLANs, firewall rules, VPN). Manage and monitor network systems using tools such as Meraki Dashboard, FortiAnalyzer, and UniFi Controller. Perform firmware upgrades, patching, and performance tuning of network devices. Create and update technical documentation including network topology, configuration details, and change logs. Provide support for new network deployments and remote site rollouts.

Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve network incidents and support project execution.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Network Engineer, specifically in L1 support.
• Understanding of Wireless Networking & Network Security (Cisco ASA, Palo Alto, Fortinet, etc.).
• Hands on experience with: Cisco (Layer 1 & 2 switching, routing, ACLs), Ubiquiti UniFi (AP and switch management via controller), Fortinet (firewall policies, VPN, interface configuration), Meraki (Meraki Dashboard for configuration & monitoring).
• Solid understanding of LAN/WAN/WLAN networking concepts: TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLAN, NAT, VPN, routing protocols (OSPF, BGP).
• Willing to work in a shifting schedule.
