Network Administrator – ISP (Internet Service Provider)

Jakarta, ID

• Configure and deploy routers, switches, firewalls, wireless devices, etc. (Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Mikrotik, Aruba, Arista, etc.).
• Review and follow Method of Procedure (MOP) and Low-Level Design (LLD) for projects.
• Escalate complex network issues to senior engineers or subject matter experts.
• Provide technical support and advice for project implementation.
• Create and update network documents (topology diagrams, configurations).
• Responsible for staging, deployment, and Maintenance Support.
• Ensure projects meet client SLAs and deadlines.
• Handle support tickets and RMA cases with vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in network engineering (preferably in a system integrator or IT solutions company).
• Good understanding of networking basics (TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, VLANs, STP, QoS).
• Hands‑on experience with routers, switches, and firewalls (Cisco, Fortinet, Juniper, etc.).
• Certifications such as CCNA, JNCIA, Aruba Certified or Professional Level Network are a plus.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Able to work on multiple client projects simultaneously.
