Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and manage day‑to‑day support and maintenance of network and core services.

• 3+ years of experience in network support, operations, or similar roles (fresh graduates with relevant certifications are encouraged).
• Hands‑on experience with Aruba, Juniper, Cisco, MikroTik, or similar network devices.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills; ability to work under pressure and in rotating or on‑call shifts.
• Knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, MPLS), VLAN, VPN, and SD‑WAN.
• Experience with network monitoring tools and ability to produce flash info or incident reports.
• Valid certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or vendor‑specific credentials (Cisco, Ruckus, Huawei, Forti) are highly preferred.
• Good communication and teamwork skills; fluency in English (spoken and written) is advantageous.
• Willingness to work on a 1‑year project‑based contract or as part of a NOC team.
