• Lead and manage complex NetSuite implementation projects, including architecture, design, and deployment
• Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Analyze business requirements and design solutions that meet client needs
• Oversee and mentor junior consultants on project teams
• Develop and execute test plans to ensure solution meets requirements
• Provide expert-level training and support to clients on NetSuite functionality and best practices
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex NetSuite issues and problems
• Develop and maintain technical documentation of NetSuite configurations and customizations

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience as a NetSuite Functional Consultant or similar role, with at least 2 years of leadership experience
• Advanced understanding of NetSuite functionality
• Experience with NetSuite SuiteCloud Development Framework (SDF), SuiteScript, and other customization tools
• Proven track record of delivering successful NetSuite implementations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience presenting to executive-level stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
• NetSuite certifications (e.g., NetSuite Certified Administrator, NetSuite Certified SuiteCloud Developer, or NetSuite Certified Application Developer)
