A leading building materials supplier in Indonesia is seeking a National Sales Manager to develop and execute national sales strategies while managing the Sales P&L. The candidate will be responsible for building a high-performing distributor network and driving project sales. The ideal applicant should have over 10 years of experience in sales within the construction materials sector and be fluent in English. Willingness to travel across the country is essential.
Develop and execute national sales strategies, plans, and forecasts aligned with business objectives.
Manage Sales P&L, ensuring revenue growth, margin optimization, and cost control.
Build, manage, and evaluate a high-performing distributor network, including target setting and compliance enforcement.
Drive project sales by managing a national project pipeline and key stakeholder relationships.
10+ years’ experience in sales or business development within construction chemicals, material buildings, cement, etc.
Strong experience managing distributors, key accounts, or project sales.
Willingness to travel across Indonesia.
English proficiency is a must.
