About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join PT Molex Ayus Pharmaceutical as a National Sales Manager and Business Development Manager position. In this key role, you will lead the company's sales efforts and drive business growth across Indonesia. As a full‑time position based in Jakarta, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies to expand PT Molex Ayus Pharmaceutical customer base and market share.

What you’ll be doing
  • Developing and implementing the national sales strategy to achieve company revenue and profitability targets
  • Managing a team of sales professionals to deliver outstanding sales performance
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Identifying new business opportunities and lead generation activities
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to develop effective promotional campaigns
  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies
  • Preparing sales forecasts, reports and presentations for senior management
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures and industry regulations
