About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join PT AIM MEDICAL TECHNOLOGY INDONESIA as a National Sales Manager (Aesthetic Device). In this key strategic role, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team to drive the growth and expansion of the company's aesthetic device portfolio across Indonesia. Based in Jakarta, this full‑time position offers excellent career progression and the chance to work for a leading provider of innovative medical technology solutions.

What you’ll be doing

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve ambitious revenue targets for the aesthetic device portfolio.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate a high‑performing sales team to deliver exceptional sales performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including hospitals, clinics, and distributors.
  • Negotiate and secure new business contracts, ensuring the company's solutions are competitively positioned.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis on sales performance and pipeline.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing, product, and technical teams to support the successful launch and adoption of new aesthetic device products.

What we’re looking for

  • Proven track record of success in a sales leadership role within the medical devices or aesthetic equipment industry.
  • Extensive experience in managing and motivating a high‑performing sales team to exceed targets.
  • In‑depth knowledge of the aesthetic device market in Indonesia, including key customers, competitors and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Must be fluent in English; fluency in Mandarin is a plus.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute effective sales plans.
  • Degree qualification in a relevant field such as business, marketing or life sciences.
