Job summary

Glints client, a brand experience, digital media and medical communications agency, seeks a creative Multimedia Designer (Web Design & Development) to join full-time on-site in Batam, Indonesia. The role blends UX/UI execution with frontend development and CMS management to deliver seamless digital experiences.

You will design visually engaging websites and assets, produce media with Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Figma and Sketch, manage CMS content, and optimize performance for speed

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Multimedia, Interactive Media, Design, or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in web design, multimedia design, and frontend development.
• Proficiency with industry-standard tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Figma, etc.).
• Proven track record building and managing websites via CMS platforms.
• Highly detail-oriented, proactive, self-driven, and comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Web & Asset Design: Design and develop visually engaging websites, landing pages, and interactive multimedia assets reflecting the brand.
• Visual Content Creation: Produce high-quality digital assets using Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Figma, and Sketch.
• CMS & Content Management: Actively manage and update site content across CMS platforms.
• Performance Optimization: Optimize designs for SEO, loading speed, responsiveness, and long-term scalability.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with teams to align design with digital strategy.
