Hytech is seeking a talented Multimedia Designer to craft engaging graphic and video content that supports our marketing and brand communications. You will work within the marketing team to translate business goals and brand guidelines into compelling visuals across formats.

This hands-on role suits an early-career creative with 2–3 years of experience, eager to grow in a fast-paced, international environment, collaborating closely with stakeholders and delivering assets on multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication Design, Graphic Design, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Multimedia Designer or similar role.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, CapCut, and Canva.
• Strong creative eye with attention to detail across static and video formats.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively under tight deadlines; bilingual in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Responsibilities

• Graphic & Video Production: Develop designs and video content across formats and channels using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, CapCut, and Canva.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all visuals align with brand standards and incorporate management feedback.
• Multi-Project Delivery: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and budgets.
• Process Improvement: Review workflows and contribute to solutions that boost creative efficiency.
• Asset Management: Update and maintain internal design assets databases for ongoing marketing activities.
