Job summary

Kanmo Group, representing Cole Haan, is seeking an experienced Operations and Store Leadership professional to oversee day-to-day operations across multiple stores in Indonesia. You will drive sales, monitor KPIs, and coach Store Managers to deliver strong customer service and profitability.

You will ensure visual merchandising, brand standards, and product presentation are consistently executed, while analyzing performance data to identify opportunities and guide strategic actions.

Qualifications

• Strong experience and understanding of men's footwear.
• Background in men's shoe brands or footwear retail.
• Willing to travel frequently for store visits and business needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations and performance of multiple Cole Haan stores within the assigned area.
• Drive sales performance and ensure achievement of sales targets, KPIs, profitability, conversion, UPT, and other key retail metrics.
• Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers and store teams to consistently deliver strong business results and excellent customer service.
• Monitor store performance, identify business opportunities and challenges, and develop actionable plans to improve results.
• Ensure strong execution of visual merchandising, product presentation, operational standards, and brand guidelines across all stores.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of men's footwear, including product categories, customer preferences, fit, styling, and sales opportunities.
• Conduct regular store visits, coaching sessions, and performance reviews with Store Managers and teams.
• Ensure proper manpower planning, staff productivity, discipline, and succession planning within the assigned area.
• Handle operational issues and maintain strong relationships with mall management and relevant business partners when required.
