Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in Graphic Design within an agency, creative studio, in-house team, or as a freelancer.
• Portfolio demonstrates strong visual thinking, typography, layout, branding, and digital design; not just technical execution.
• Comfortable using Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects. Experience with Premiere Pro, Figma, or other creative tools is a plus.
• Able to create motion graphics that enhance storytelling and elevate creative ideas.
• Open to feedback, eager to keep learning, and motivated by the opportunity to improve your craft with every project.
• Someone who cares as much about the details no one notices as the ideas everyone remembers

Responsibilities

• Transform creative ideas into beautifully crafted visuals across digital, social, integrated campaigns, films, and brand experiences.
• Create motion graphics and animations that bring static ideas to life and make content more engaging across multiple platforms.
• Work closely with Art Directors and Creative teams to explore visual concepts, refine executions, and continuously raise the quality of every piece of work.
• Develop layouts, typography, illustration, and motion assets with a strong attention to composition, storytelling, and detail.
• Adapt creative work across different formats while maintaining consistency, craft, and creative integrity.
• Stay curious about design, motion, culture, and emerging creative trends; bringing fresh inspiration into every project.
