Job summary

Yayasan Plan International Indonesia seeks a MER Officer to advance monitoring, evaluation and knowledge management for accountable programme impact in PIA. You will support the PIA Manager and MER Manager and help strengthen data-driven decision making across teams.

You will help embed safeguarding, GEDSI and PSHEA principles while strengthening collaboration with partners to improve programme quality and learning outcomes for girls and youth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in social science, statistics, social development and any related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in project M&E, with practical knowledge on Results Based Management and Theory of Change.
• Experience in M&E focusing on health is an advantage.
• Knowledge of research methodology and data collection for baseline and evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and strengthen programme M&E frameworks, ITTs, monitoring plans, tools, and systems.
• Ensure quality data collection, analysis, dashboards and timely M&E reporting for sponsorships and grants.
• Support research, assessments, studies, and evidence-generation initiatives.
• Facilitate learning and knowledge management to translate evidence into improvements.
• Provide technical support and mentoring on M&E to staff and partners.
• Ensure youth participation is captured, measured and reflected in monitoring.
