About the Role

This is a full-time Molding Leader role with Yeakin Plastic Industry Pte Ltd, based in Batam, Riau Islands, Indonesia. As Molding Leader, you will play a critical supervisory role in overseeing the efficient operation of the plastic molding production line, ensuring quality and productivity targets are consistently met.

What you'll be doing

• Lead and manage a team of molding operators, providing guidance, training and coaching to drive performance.
• Monitor production KPIs and take corrective action to address issues and optimize output.
• Implement and maintain robust quality control processes to identify and resolve defects.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure the timely supply of materials and resources.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and make recommendations to enhance efficiency.
• Comply with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations.
• Provide regular progress updates to senior management.

• Minimum educational qualification: any degree holder.
• No experience required / fresh graduated are welcome.
• Ability to lead, motivate and develop a team to achieve operational goals.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
